In light of the NCW's Advisory mandating PoSH audits and professional training for all Internal Committee members, and the Maharashtra Government's Inspection Circular establishing detailed compliance checklists, ensuring your IC is fully equipped has never been more urgent or more consequential.
"Dignity at Work" is an intensive, in-person Capacity Building Workshop for PoSH Internal Committee Members, designed to go beyond awareness and build the operational competence your IC needs to conduct investigations and inquiries
 

Generic Objectives​

• IBuild a deep understanding of the PoSH Act, 2013 — from definitions to enforcement

• Navigate gender sensitisation and tackle unconscious bias in investigation settings

• Learn about other applicable laws that promote gender sensitivity and inclusion.

• Master the step-by-step inquiry & investigation procedure

• Practise through realistic mock scenarios covering ambiguous complaints, reluctant witnesses, crossexamination,
  and conflict of interest

• Become audit-ready.
